Business Development Intern

Job Description You will be responsible for researching, identifying, and engaging with potential customers by gathering relevant information about their companies, industries, and events that enable impactful conversations. Additionally, you will nurture and qualify leads that have shown interest in the company's solutions through inbound channels, ensuring effective follow-up and engagement. Your role will also involve reaching out to potential customers via cold calling, email, and social media to introduce the company's offerings (outbound prospecting). Furthermore, you will be presenting the company and its products/services to prospects, identifying their needs, and suggesting appropriate solutions. You will guide interested prospects through product demos and move them to the next stage in the sales pipeline. Developing a call script to assess and qualify leads, setting up high-quality meetings for the sales team will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will document interactions and key insights from calls to ensure seamless handover and understanding for Account Executives. Meeting lead generation targets and contributing towards achieving overall performance goals will be essential. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing) - Strong interest in sales, lead generation, and business development in the SaaS or B2B technology industry - Enthusiastic self-starter with a proactive approach to inbound and outbound lead generation - Basic understanding of CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and Microsoft Office - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently - Motivated, organized, and able to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment,
