Role Summary

Key Learning & Responsibilities

• International Market Research:

  Assist the team in researching and identifying potential business clients (Ideal Customer Profiles) in target international markets r

• Database Development:

  Learn to use professional tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems) to build and segment high-quality prospect lists and ensure data accuracy.

• Outreach Support:

  Help craft and test personalized, culturally appropriate outreach messages (emails, LinkedIn) designed for engagement in different regions.

• Performance Tracking:

  Assist in tracking and reporting basic metrics related to outreach campaigns (e.g., email open rates, response rates).

Qualifications & Desired Skills

• Current Status:

  Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.

• Eagerness to Learn:

  A high level of motivation and a strong interest in B2B sales, international business, and cross-cultural communication.

• Communication:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Technical Familiarity (A Plus):

  Basic understanding or interest in learning CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Organizational Skills:

  Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
