Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and other lead-generation techniques.
• Cold Calling: Engage with prospects via calls and emails to introduce company services and schedule meetings.
• Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, leads, and progress to management.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with an outgoing and dynamic personality.
• Proven ability to handle cold calling and convert leads into potential clients.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection at home.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field is a plus.
