Business Development Executive

You will be responsible for coordinating with US-based clients, influencers, and guest speakers, while also supporting recruitment activities for US positions when required. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, approaching, and onboarding influencers and guest speakers relevant to our industry. You will also be responsible for managing end-to-end communication between influencers, guest speakers, and clients based in the US. Additionally, you will be in charge of scheduling, logistics, and briefing for speaking engagements and collaborations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, partners, and clients will be a crucial part of your role. Furthermore, you will assist in US recruitment coordination when necessary, ensuring smooth communication with candidates and clients. Supporting business development activities such as lead generation, client follow-ups, and proposal preparation will also be part of your responsibilities. It will be important for you to maintain accurate records of all communications, agreements, and activities. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in influencer coordination, event management, or client relationship management. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a background in handling US clients will be preferred. You must be able to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in using CRM tools, email communication, and MS Office/Google Workspace is essential. A positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong organizational skills are qualities that will help you succeed. You should also be willing to work flexible hours to coordinate with US time zones. Preferred qualifications for this role include prior experience in business development or recruitment coordination for international clients. An understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms would be beneficial.
