Business Development Executive

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing to join our new branch office in Kochi. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by generating leads, setting meetings, closing deals, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with digital marketing expertise who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.

2. Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients.

3. Convert leads into customers and maintain strong relationships.

4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

5. Approach sales with passion and enthusiasm.

6. Willingness to attend external meetings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
• Willingness to travel as required for business meetings.
• Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
