Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with organizations in need of end-to-end digital solutions and services.
  • Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed revenue targets by generating new net business and building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends, target customer needs, and competitive landscape for North America, EMEA and APAC market.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients to understand their digital transformation challenges and present tailored solutions that align with their needs.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including key leaders, business managers, and procurement teams.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, RFPs, and presentations to secure new contracts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Networking: Represent VBeyond Digital at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and build connections. Key Skills and Qualifications: • Proven track record of success in business development within the IT services and consulting industry.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in technology Sales.
  • Strong understanding of the technologies, especially Microsoft stack.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
