Role Overview: As a Sales Executive in the telecom industry in UAE, your primary responsibility will involve calling both existing and potential customers to promote and sell company products and services. You will be tasked with managing customer accounts to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and fostering strong relationships to drive repeat business. By utilizing sales scripts provided by the company, you will effectively address customer concerns and objections to drive sales. To excel in this role, you must develop a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered to make tailored recommendations based on individual customer needs and preferences. Meeting or surpassing daily and monthly sales targets, including call volumes, will be crucial to your success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Call both existing and potential customers to promote and sell company products and services - Manage customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and foster strong relationships - Utilize sales scripts to address customer concerns and objections - Develop a comprehensive understanding of products and services to make tailored recommendations - Meet or surpass daily and monthly sales targets, including call volumes Qualifications Required: - Hold a minimum qualification of a Graduate degree - Possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi - Preferably have prior sales experience - Basic computer knowledge is required - Freshers are encouraged to apply Additional Company Details: Our company offers a competitive basic salary in line with industry standards, complemented by an attractive incentive structure.
