We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with doctors.

Roles and Responsibility

Engage with potential leads among chronic care patients through home visits.
Propose company programs and convert leads into enrollments.
Execute medication reorder refills during meetings for main program sales calls.
Maintain high conversion rates of leads.
Generate own leads and conversions through personal initiatives.
Coordinate with the Setup team for smooth induction of newly registered customers.
