Ikaya Earth Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team and be part of India’s green energy revolution! 🌱☀

Location: Noida-On-Site

Salary: ₹20,000/month (Fixed) + Incentives up to ₹75,000/month

What You’ll Do

1. Handle solar enquiries via calls & follow-up
2. Build and maintain customer relationships
3. Learn by doing cold calling as part of the early sales process
4. Contribute to lead conversions in residential & commercial solar projects.
5. Schedule and coordinate with the ground team for solar site visits
6. Visit the prospective Client in person and convert them.
