Location: Indore

Experience: 1-4 years of experience in sales, Counseling, Advisor, partnerships, business development (preferably in education or edtech).

Key Responsibilities: BTL BDE

-This is a front-line sales position and is responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers through a defined marketing activities.

-Develop and manage relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.

-Identify new business opportunities across institutions & Channel Partners.

-Conduct presentations and webinars for institutes and Channel partners.

Key Responsibilities: Senior Career Advsior/Counselor, BTL Caller

- This is a front-line position (In-Office) and is responsible for direct conversion

- Providing counselling to all walk-ins viz students / parents

- Ensure maintaining the business and other front office compliance

- Involves Inbound / outbound calls for support walk-in generation

- Mail and Records Management

- Hands on EMS, LMS and CRM

- Ensure that Centre targets are at a level to meet overall objectives of the organization

- Dedicated Sales performance against assigned target
