Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive / Sales Telecaller to join our dynamic IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, and driving sales through effective telecalling and follow-ups. This role is key to expanding our client base and generating revenue for our IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our IT services and products.
  • Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, emails, and online platforms.
  • Explain technical services in a simplified and compelling manner to decision-makers.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow up with potential clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and update CRM software.
  • Handle customer queries and support initial onboarding when needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or business development (preferably in IT).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s).
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a team player.
