Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities for interior design projects.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.

Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the design team.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project updates to clients.

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions.

Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in interior/design/construction industry).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport and handle client queries confidently.

Goal-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of interior design trends (added advantage).

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
