To excel in this position, you should possess: - A minimum of 1 year of experience in Upwork lead generation, specifically in the Digital Marketing sector. - Strong communication and writing skills. - A solid understanding of bidding, proposal writing, and Upwork policies. - Immediate availability for joining. - Ability to participate in face-to-face interviews. - The position is based in Mohali. This is a full-time, on-site role with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday in the morning.
