Role Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for potential clients. Your main goal will be to identify and communicate with businesses that have branding, advertising, or digital marketing requirements. This is a target-based, work-from-office role perfect for a results-driven individual, including freshers, who is eager to grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and connect with new business leads.
Engage with potential clients to understand their branding and advertising needs.
Clearly articulate the value of Qoncept Ads services and how we can help them achieve their goals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Schedule meetings and consultations for the senior team.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets.

Skills and Qualifications

Mandatory: Exceptional, high-level English proficiency (both verbal and written) is non-negotiable
.Mandatory: A highly energetic, proactive, and positive attitude
.Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred
.Advantage: Candidates with a background in BSc Psychology or BA/MA English Literature will have a distinct advantage, as understanding client psychology and communication is key
.A strong desire to work in a target-driven environment
.The ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients
.Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
