Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive specializing in Property Acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing properties that meet Youthvillas strategic objectives. You will play a crucial role in our expansion efforts and contribute to the development of spaces that support our mission. Key Responsibilities: Property Identification: Conduct market research to identify potential properties that align with Youthvillas expansion plans and requirements. Lead Generation: Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, property owners, and brokers to generate leads and acquire properties. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with property owners and sellers to secure favorable agreements for Youthvilla. Evaluation: Assess the suitability of properties by evaluating their location, condition, and potential for meeting Youthvillas needs. Prepare detailed reports and recommendations. Proposal Development: Prepare and present property acquisition proposals to the management team, including cost analyses, benefits, and strategic fit. Market Analysis: Stay informed about real estate market trends, property values, and regulatory changes affecting property acquisition. Documentation: Manage the documentation and administrative aspects of property acquisition, including contracts, agreements, and due diligence. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including finance and legal, to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during the acquisition process. Reporting: Provide regular updates on property acquisition activities, progress, and market insights to the management team. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in property acquisition, real estate development, or a similar role, preferably in the Pune market. Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the real estate industry. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of real estate markets, property valuation, and acquisition processes. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for contributing to Youthvillas mission through strategic property acquisitions.
