Role Description: Business Development Executive – Projects

First point of contact for clients

Present project details & estimates

Coordinate with technical teams

Documentation & follow-ups

Support planning & on-site activities

This role requires a candidate with preferably a Civil background, who can effectively manage client relationships in the early stages and actively contribute to project coordination once execution begins.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and Business skills
• Experience in Account Management
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
• Freshers are also welcome
