Job Description

Business Development Executive (03 Years)

  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and sales tools
  • Run targeted sales campaigns and follow-up sequences
  • Write personalised cold emails and book meetings with decision-makers
  • Understand client needs and propose relevant tech solutions/services
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and assist in deal closures
  • Maintain updated records of leads, pipelines, and activities in CRM
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients

Must Have:

  • 0–3 years of experience in B2B IT sales (IT services preferred)
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and sales processes
