Business Development Executive - Technical Sales (Lithium Division)
We have requirement for MBA (Marketing & Business Management) and B.Tech (Electronics & Electrical, with smart personality, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Target Industry: Lithium Ion Battery packs and Related Solutions in OEMs, Solar Industry, Integrators, E-Vehicle, UPS, Telecom, Industrial etc.
Developing and executing innovative sales strategies to promote growth of the Division
Developing a strong network of industry and government contacts
Identifying new customer and generating sales
Managing Sales cycle from prospecting, offering, negotiating and closing Sales contracts, to ensuring the continued satisfaction of new and existing customers
Developing industry insight and knowledge, through analysis of relevant competitor and industry data, attending trade shows, conferences when required
Ensuring adherence to a sales process through close collaboration with Operations, Customer service and Finance teams
Monitoring market trends to capitalize on new opportunities
Should be self-reliant while dealing with clients and able to operate independently in field
Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree & M.Tech/B.Tech (Electronics or Electrical domains)
25Work Experience in Lithium-ion battery market, in sales roles
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to travel domestically and / or internationally, as and when required
Ability to effectively collaborate with team members on a remote basis
Derabassi, Punjab (near Chandigarh)
(will have to travel PAN India, as and when required, as per the achievement of the job roles)
