About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive/Associate (BDE/BDA) to join our inside sales team. As a key member of our sales force, you will connect with prospective learners, understand their educational needs, and guide them toward suitable solutions. This is a remote role, perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make a difference in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information
• Convert leads into successful enrollments through consultative selling
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Fluency in Malayalam and English (both spoken and written)
• Prior experience in inside sales, tele calling, or EdTech sales is an advantage
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
