Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and result-oriented individuals to join our growing EdTech sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, student counselling, follow-ups, and admissions closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound cold calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding training and certification programs.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Convert qualified leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
• Guide students through the admission and application process.
• Assist students in preparing and submitting the required enrolment documents.
• Provide accurate information about courses, admission requirements, and fee structures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospective students and provide excellent customer service.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
• EdTech sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and student counselling skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.

Language Requirements

• Excellent command of English is mandatory.
• Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.

Mandatory Requirements

• Android smartphone.
• Comfortable with telecalling and target-based sales.
• Willingness to work from the Bangalore Head Office during the initial training period.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Training and Work Location

• Selected candidates must work from the Bangalore Head Office for the first 3–6 months.
• Training includes the company's sales process, product knowledge, CRM systems, and operational workflow.
• Candidates will be evaluated based on performance, product knowledge, attendance, discipline, and target achievement.
