Role Description

The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing prospects throughout the sales cycle. The Business Development Executive will build and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts, conduct market research, and promote Greenlam’s product portfolio to architects, interior designers, and other decision-makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients, presenting product solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also includes tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and contributing to local marketing and business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
• Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to manage relationships, drive revenue, and ensure customer retention.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in building materials, interior products, or related industries is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, along with strong analytical and planning abilities, is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, travel within the region as needed, and meet defined sales targets.
