Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
• Identify and engage potential customers, including doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
• Promote LifeCell Diagnostics services and packages to healthcare professionals.
• Expand the client base by identifying and onboarding new partners and healthcare providers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular visits to key accounts and healthcare facilities.

3. Marketing & Promotion:

• Execute promotional campaigns, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and awareness programs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific strategies and materials.
• Organize customer engagement initiatives such as doctor meets, health camps, and seminars.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration.

• Experience: 0-1 year in sales, business development, or healthcare marketing, preferably in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
