The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities by using a consultative approach to selling. You will leverage your expertise to identify and qualify leads, resulting in sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. You will actively pitch and promote DSK Group's home electrical products to various B2B stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and retailers. It is essential to highlight product features, benefits, and the value proposition to drive sales effectively. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with dealers and distributors will be a key aspect of your role. Encouraging repeat business and loyalty by acting as the point of contact for any product-related issues or queries is crucial. You will be responsible for collecting feedback from dealers and distributors on product quality, customer demands, and competitor activities. Reporting these insights to the management will contribute to product improvements and sales strategies. Staying informed about DSK Group's latest product offerings, industry trends, and competitor products is necessary. Ensuring that all sales pitches are based on up-to-date product knowledge will be essential for success in this role. Working towards achieving set sales targets each month and quarter is a key objective. Providing regular and detailed sales reports to management, outlining progress toward targets, feedback from stakeholders, and relevant market information will be part of your responsibilities. Minimum 2 years of prior experience in selling home electrical products or similar sector products is required for this role. Strong proficiency in English and Hindi is essential for effective communication with dealers and distributors. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required for this position. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. The ability to communicate effectively and tailor pitches to the specific needs of each stakeholder will be crucial. This role demands a proactive, goal-driven individual who can maintain strong relationships, meet sales targets, and stay current with product knowledge.
