Role Overview
We are looking for smart and hardworking people who enjoy talking to customers and closing sales. As a Business Development Executive at L1 Supply, you will visit builders, contractors, and shop owners to sell construction materials. You will help them choose the right products and build strong relationships to get regular orders.This job involves traveling to different sites or shops every day and helping customers buy materials directly from L1 Supply. Key Responsibilities• Visit customers like builders, shop owners, and contractors• Explain our products and prices and help them place orders• Follow up with old and new customers to get more orders• Make sure orders are delivered on time and payment is collected• Meet your monthly sales targets• Give daily updates to your manager about your visits and sales What We’re Looking For• 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales (selling anything in person)• Good at talking to people and convincing them• Must be active, confident, and ready to travel around the city• Should know local areas in Chennai• Owning a bike and valid license is a big plus• Must be honest, responsible, and willing to learn
