About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Call and understand the client's business needs, pain points, and goals. 2. Present customized product demos highlighting WappBiz's features and benefits. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified leads (SQLs). 4. Respond to product-related queries and RFPs with effective and tailored proposals. 5. Maintain CRM with accurate records of all interactions, notes, and next steps. 6. Handle complete onboarding for new clients from account setup to training and handover. 7. Support clients with API integrations or coordinate with tech support when needed. 8. Deliver product walkthroughs and share relevant documentation to ensure adoption. 9. Gather client feedback to enhance the onboarding experience and customer journey. 10. Act as a customer advocate internally, communicating key insights to product, sales, and support teams. 11. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet client expectations and improve overall service delivery. 12. Share client feedback and feature requests with the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
