Location: S.A.S Nagar (Mohali), Punjab

We are hiring a full-time Business Development Executive who has completed at least 6 months of IT training or holds relevant experience in the IT domain. If you have strong communication skills, understand software services, and want to grow in business development — this is your chance!

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage new business opportunities through online platforms and direct outreach
• Handle bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
• Collaborate with the technical team to align client requirements and project goals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support marketing and promotional activities

Requirements:
✅ Must have completed 6 months of training or hold relevant experience in the IT field
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills✅ Understanding of mobile app, web, and software development services✅ Confidence in handling clients and achieving targets✅ Eagerness to learn and grow within the company

Compensation:
From the second month onward, salary + performance-based bonuses will be provided.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | Morning ShiftOffice-based (Mohali)

Note:
The selected candidate will work without salary for the first month as part of practical training and evaluation.
