Job Description

We're looking for a Business_Development_Executive (BDE) with a strong background in IT sales, specifically in mobile and web application services. The ideal candidate should excel at lead_generation, bidding on platforms like Upwork/Freelancer, and proposal writing.

Key_Responsibilities:

▶ Generate leads through online channels and platforms.

▶Bid on portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.

▶Prepare tailored business proposals and RFPs.

▶Coordinate with technical teams to align on project scope.

▶Manage CRM and follow up with prospects.

Requirements:

▶2–5 years in IT services sales (mobile & web apps).

▶Hands-on experience with bidding platforms.

▶Strong communication and proposal writing skills.

▶Prior experience in a startup is a plus.

▶Knowledge of software development processes is desirable
