Position: Business Development Executive IT Solutions

Location: Yeshwanthapur

Qualification: Graduate (B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc IT / MBA preferred)

Industry: IT Hardware, Software, and Networking Solutions

 

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand Mecwins footprint in the IT hardware, software, and networking solutions space. The candidate will engage with corporate clients, SMEs, and enterprises to pitch cutting-edge solutions, generate new business, and strengthen relationships with OEMs and channel partners. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in IT hardware, software, and networking domains. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for: o o Hardware: Servers, storage, laptops, firewalls. Software: VMware, Nutanix, security, backup solutions. Engage and build strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and enterprises. Maintain strong relationships with OEM partners and distributors to drive business collaborations. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos (with technical/pre-sales support as needed). Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and industry events. Prepare and manage proposals, quotations, pricing, and structured sales reports.

 

Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design solutions tailored to client needs. Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements Graduate in Engineering/IT/Management (B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc IT, MBA preferred). 25 years field sales experience in IT hardware/software/networking. Strong understanding of technologies including servers, storage, firewalls, virtualization, backup, and networking products. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in IT solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results under pressure. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development activities.
