Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, mail campaigns, inbound calls, networking, email outreach, social media, and industry events. Client Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met. Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies, set goals, and implement action plans to drive business growth. Proposal Development: Work with internal teams to create tailored proposals, presentations, and pitch decks that meet the specific needs of clients. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, present proposals, and close deals effectively while ensuring alignment with both client expectations and company objectives. Market Research & Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business development strategies. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project delivery, providing the necessary support to clients. Brand Promotion & Networking: Represent InsighTek Global at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within an IT services or technology solutions company. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT services and solutions such as App Development, Managed Services, Cloud Technologies, and IT Infrastructure is a plus. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong sales skills with experience in building relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Ability to think strategically and act proactively. Cold Calling, Mail Campaigns & Inbound Calls: Demonstrated experience in cold calling, executing mail campaigns and handling inbound calls to generate and qualify leads. Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and turn conversations into opportunities. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients at all levels. Networking & Lead Generation: Proven ability to build and expand a network of industry contacts and generate leads through multiple channels. CRM & Reporting: Familiarity with CRM software (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and experience with sales reporting and forecasting. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to assess client needs, identify challenges, and provide solutions that align with company offerings. Organized & Goal-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple sales opportunities effectively. Technology Savvy: Comfort with using technology tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite, social media, and email campaigns.
