Description
We are looking for an 6+ years of experienced and passionate React Developer with expertise in Next.js and ShadCN to join our development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance web applications, integrating ShadCN components to create visually appealing, consistent, and highly functional user interfaces. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional web experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, and ShadCN. Utilize ShadCN components and design systems to build reusable, scalable UI elements for web applications. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications using ShadCN's UI component library and Next.js. Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces with ShadCN's pre-built components. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and standards. Integrate and optimize RESTful APIs, third-party services, and back-end systems within the React and Next.js environments. Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js to enhance performance and SEO. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for scalability and performance. Participate in code reviews and collaborate with other team members to ensure code quality. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in React, Next.js, and ShadCN component library. Strong Knowledge and hands on experience on PostgreSQL Or MS SQL Qualifications: Proven experience in building web applications with React.js and Next.js. Solid understanding of ShadCN component library for React. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3., Tailwind CSS Experience in UI development with ShadCN's components, ensuring consistency and responsiveness. Familiarity with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Context API). Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Good understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility (a11y), and SEO best practices. Ability to troubleshoot issues in both development and production environments. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with TypeScript. Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of modern build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.). Understanding of web security best practices.
