Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Executive for a leading FMCG client to drive sales in the HORECA segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering).

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage HORECA accounts
  • Drive on-ground sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Build strong relationships with hotel/restaurant owners, chefs & purchase managers
  • Conduct product demos, negotiations & order closures
  • Track market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of FMCG or HORECA sales experience
  • Strong local market knowledge
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and field-oriented
