Business Development executive – Home Services Industry

We are looking for a proactive and committed individual who would like to be a part of building and growing a service-based business offering carpentry, plumbing, electrical, home automation, painting, and cleaning services.

Role Overview

This role is for someone who wants to create, develop, and scale a business, not just work in a routine job. You will play an important part in setting up operations, building the team, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in planning and setting up the service network and operations
• Building and coordinating with a skilled workforce (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, cleaners, etc.)
• Managing customer enquiries, bookings & service delivery
• Vendor & supplier coordination
• Market research, pricing, and service improvement
• Support in digital promotions & customer communication
• Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate

• Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to grow with the company
• Strong communication & operational management skills
• Experience in facilities management / construction / service industry preferred (not mandatory)
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take ownership
• Basic computer and mobile application handling skills
• Based in Chennai – able to work from OMR
