You are a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) joining a premium gym in Gurugram, Sector 65. You should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and fitness. - Drive gym membership sales through calls, walk-ins, and digital leads. - Build and maintain strong client relationships for customer satisfaction and retention. - Conduct consultations and provide detailed information about gym services, facilities, and membership plans. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote offers and events. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities for business enhancement. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi, with proven experience in sales, business development, or customer handling, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or wellness industry. A passion for fitness, persuasive sales approach, target-driven mindset, strong negotiation and closing skills, self-motivation, and proactive attitude are essential. The company offers a competitive salary up to 30,000/month plus incentives, free or discounted gym membership, and growth opportunities in a premium fitness brand.
