Business Development Executive

About the role

As a Business Development Executive at Accent Techno Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities. Your responsibilities will involve client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic planning to meet business objectives. You will also contribute to market research and promotional efforts to strengthen the company’s presence in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Fine Chemicals, and Pharmaceuticals.

• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

• Present and promote the company's services and solutions to prospective clients.

• Close sales deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.

• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business growth opportunities.

• Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to achieve company goals.

• Collaborate on creating marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.

• Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance the company's brand presence.

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate internally to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Candidate requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or related fields preferred). • Proficient in English (spoken and written) and skilled in professional email writing.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

• Analytical thinking to identify opportunities and craft strategies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general documentation tools.

• Male candidates preferred.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
