Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Telesales) to handle client outreach and sales activities related to PhD research and development services. The role involves connecting with potential scholars, explaining our research support services, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telesales calls to generate and convert leads.
  • Explain PhD research assistance and publication services to candidates.
  • Maintain follow-ups and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the internal research team for client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Any degree (Freshers or Experienced).
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word).
