About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Patient Follow-Up Calls: Call patients who have started treatment and received the medicine kit. 2. Treatment Roadmap Explanation: Reinforce the treatment plan for the next two months, ensuring patient adherence. 3. Condition Explanation: Explain the patient's medical condition as noted by the doctor in the CRM. 4. Outcome Expectation: Clearly communicate the expected treatment outcomes. 5. Adverse Effect Guidance: Explain common side effects and instruct patients on what to do in case of adverse effects. 6. Patient Query Resolution: Address patient concerns with empathy and clarity. 7. Record Maintenance: Update CRM records with patient interactions and feedback. Preferred qualifications: B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc in Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields. Engineering graduates with strong analytical and communication skills can also apply. Candidates with prior experience in customer service within the healthcare, pharma, or life sciences sector are preferred.
