Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

  Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, networking, and other offline/online strategies.

• Sales & Revenue Growth:

  Achieve sales targets by promoting our interior design services to homeowners, builders, and real estate developers.

• Client Consultation:

  Understand client requirements, suggest suitable design solutions, and coordinate with designers to create proposals.

• Site Visits & Presentations:

  Conduct site visits, present design concepts, and explain the benefits of our interior solutions.

• Negotiation & Deal Closure:

  Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts with clients.

• Market Research:

  Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.

• Collaboration with Designers & Project Team:

  Work closely with interior designers and project managers to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Networking & Partnerships:

  Build strong relationships with real estate agents, architects, and vendors to increase business opportunities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
• Negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
