We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. They should have excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, networking, and other offline/online strategies. Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by promoting our interior design services to homeowners, builders, and real estate developers. Client Consultation: Understand client requirements, suggest suitable design solutions, and coordinate with designers to create proposals. Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct site visits, present design concepts, and explain the benefits of our interior solutions. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts with clients. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. Collaboration with Designers & Project Team: Work closely with interior designers and project managers to ensure smooth execution of projects. Networking & Partnerships: Build strong relationships with real estate agents, architects, and vendors to increase business opportunities. Key Skills & Requirements: 1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions. Negotiation skills and ability to close deals. Self-motivated and target-driven. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.
