As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, your role involves promoting and marketing the institution's programs, courses, and services to attract potential students and increase enrollment. You will play a crucial role in building the institution's brand image, enhancing its reputation, and ensuring its financial sustainability. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the educational institution and its offerings. - Effectively communicating the unique features, benefits, and value of the institution's programs and courses to prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders. - Generating leads through various channels such as online marketing, social media, advertisements, referrals, and partnerships. - Following up with leads, providing information, addressing inquiries, and guiding prospective students through the application and enrollment process. - Contributing to the development and execution of the institution's branding strategy. - Actively engaging in student recruitment activities, conducting information sessions, and participating in community outreach events. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, educational consultants, and other stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in sales, ideally in the education or technology sector. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
