We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting client locations, identifying business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored business solutions Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination Prepare and present reports on business development activities and outcomes Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development/Sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong client-handling and relationship-building capabilities Willingness to travel locally to meet clients Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Shamshabad, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Experience: Business development: 1 year (Required) B2B: 1 year (Required) Client Handling : 1 year (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: In person
