Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing, building, and managing a client base. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating inquiries through cold calling and on-field sales. - Developing new potential business opportunities in the assigned region. - Arranging meetings with owners/builders to secure sales orders. - Contributing actively to Sales meetings to keep colleagues informed about customers and products. - Promoting brand image internally and externally. - Maintaining positive customer relationships and proactively addressing customer concerns. - Ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved. - Coordinating with the Operations team to prioritize and resolve customer issues. - Guiding new team members at all stages of their onboarding. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proven relevant work experience in Sales. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Zeal to learn new concepts quickly and apply innovative ideas. - Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills. - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. - Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Konkani languages. - Physically fit to travel extensively within Goa. This is a Full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a performance bonus incentive structure. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in Business Development and 4 years in B2B sales, with proficiency in Hindi. The work location is in person.,
