Job Title: Business Development Executive – Education Sector(Female) Location: Bhawarkua, Indore Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Education / EdTech / Training Institute Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at Stalwart Careers, Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads, counseling students about our courses, and driving admissions. This is a high-growth role suitable for someone passionate about education and sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with prospective students through calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries. Provide detailed information about courses, career prospects, and admission procedures. Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets. Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure conversion. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, inquiries, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Participate in promotional events, seminars, or webinars to generate leads. Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA preferred). 0–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English). Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic personality. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
