Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing to develop new business opportunities through direct meetings, local business networks, and face-to-face engagement with business owners and decision-makers.

The role includes identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable digital marketing services, building professional relationships, following up on opportunities, and working towards sales closure.

The candidate should be comfortable discussing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Website Design & Development with prospective clients.

Experience

Freshers can apply.

For experienced-level consideration, candidates must have at least 6 months of professional Digital Marketing Sales experience.

Relevant experience should include sales of at least one of the following services:

• SEO
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• Social Media Management
• Website Design & Development

Internship experience is not counted toward the required 6 months of professional experience.

Who Can Apply

Freshers

Freshers can apply if they have:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Website Design & Development
• Clear understanding of how these services are used for different business requirements
• Basic understanding of digital marketing sales and service presentation
• Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with potential clients
• Ability to understand client requirements and explain relevant digital marketing services clearly
• Willingness to learn the sales process and work towards defined sales goals

Experienced Candidates

Candidates with 6 months or more of professional Digital Marketing Sales experience can apply if they have:

• Sales experience in at least one of the five digital marketing service areas listed above
• Strong knowledge and understanding of all five digital marketing services
• Strong understanding of how digital marketing services are sold across different business categories
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales process, from client qualification to closure
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve defined sales targets
• Clear understanding of pricing, proposals, and closing strategies for digital marketing services
• Ability to take ownership of leads, conversions, and overall sales performance
• Ability to present previous sales performance with clear numbers, including targets achieved, conversions, or revenue contribution
