Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities through direct client meetings, local business networks, referrals, and face-to-face engagement with business owners and decision-makers.

The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable digital marketing solutions, building professional relationships, managing follow-ups, and converting qualified opportunities into clients.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Website Design & Development, along with the ability to explain how these services can support different business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through direct meetings, local business networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Meet business owners and decision-makers to understand their business goals, challenges, and digital marketing requirements.
• Present suitable services, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Website Design & Development.
• Explain service benefits and recommend solutions based on client requirements.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, sales discussions, and professional follow-ups.
• Qualify prospects and manage opportunities throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closure.
• Coordinate proposals, quotations, pricing discussions, and service recommendations.
• Handle client questions, objections, and negotiations professionally.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and local business networks.
• Take ownership of assigned leads, conversions, and sales performance.
• Maintain accurate records of client meetings, follow-ups, opportunities, and sales progress in the CRM or assigned tracking system.
• Work toward defined sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Candidates applying under the experienced category must have at least 6 months of professional Digital Marketing Sales experience.

Relevant experience must include selling at least one of the following services:

• SEO
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• Social Media Management
• Website Design & Development

Important: Internship experience will not count toward the minimum 6 months of required professional experience.

Experienced Candidates

Candidates with 6 months or more of professional Digital Marketing Sales experience can apply if they meet the following requirements:

• Professional sales experience in at least one of the five specified digital marketing service areas.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of all five digital marketing services.
• Understanding of how digital marketing services are positioned and sold across different business categories.
• Ability to independently manage the sales process, from lead qualification and requirement analysis to negotiation and closure.
• Proven ability to work toward and achieve defined sales targets.
• Clear understanding of service pricing, proposals, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing strategies.
• Ability to take ownership of leads, conversions, and overall sales performance.
• Ability to demonstrate previous sales performance using measurable figures, such as targets achieved, conversions, deals closed, or revenue generated.
