Job Description

Identify and target potential clients (startups, small businesses, freelancers, etc.) interested in co-working spaces. Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences. Reach out through cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings to generate leads. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Address client inquiries, provide tours of the facilities, and explain the benefits of our co-working solutions. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Create customized proposals and negotiate terms to close deals. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Provide insights to improve services and enhance client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
