Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities, create pipelines, and drive revenue growth.
• 3+ years of experience in Business development
• The candidate should have experience in B2B lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, email marketing, cold outreach, lead qualification, market research, CRM management, sales follow-ups, business communication, and account research, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and a basic understanding of accounting and outsourcing services.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to understand client requirements, manage relationships, and support long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for engaging with prospects, presenting solutions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in B2B services, professional services, or outsourcing environments is preferred.
• Ability to work with targets, analyze sales data, and use CRM or sales tools effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
