Role & responsibilities Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients using various online and offline channels (social media, databases, business directories, etc.). Cold Calling: Contact prospective customers via phone, introduce them to our products/services, and gauge their interest. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls for the sales team with qualified leads. Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, including details on lead status, communication history, and follow-up actions. Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects, nurturing them towards conversion. Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing accurate lead information, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication. Sales Conversion: Work towards achieving set targets for lead conversion and sales opportunities. Customer Relationship: Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospects, addressing inquiries and providing information on our offerings. Reporting: Regularly report on lead generation progress, performance, and feedback to management. Preferred candidate profile 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Administration. Proven experience in tele calling, lead generation, or sales support. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong phone presence and the ability to engage potential clients effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving targets. Experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus. Fast-paced and target-driven work environment.
