About Us:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Generate high-quality international leads through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Pitch and close deals for services including Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, Web Development, and Mobile App Development.
Build strong client relationships and maintain long-term business opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing and delivery team to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Male candidate preferred.
34 years of proven experience in business development or sales in IT/Digital Marketing services.
Strong knowledge of Upwork and similar international freelancing platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal).
Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
Flexible to work as per client time zones and business needs.
Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving results.
