Job Description

At Bits and Bytes IT Solution, we are a fast-growing technology company specializing in delivering customized IT solutions, including software development, web & mobile app development, cloud services, and digital transformation strategies. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us scale our growth and expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate IT solutions (software, web, mobile, or cloud-based)
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals
  • Collaborate with the technical team to align client requirements with service offerings
  • Track and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and networking events
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communication in the CRM

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development or IT sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is a must)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of IT services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
