Job Description

We are hiring a proactive and persuasive Business Development Executive – Voice Process to join our growing team. This role involves interacting with potential and existing customers primarily over the phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and close deals. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and has excellent verbal communication skills. Job Location - HSR Layout Age - 18 - 25 Years Languages - Any Language ( Hindi / Malayalam Preferred) Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and pitch our products/services. Handle inbound calls from potential clients and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Understand customer needs, provide relevant information, and recommend solutions. Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team (if required). Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns. Follow up with leads consistently until closure or disqualification. Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
